The National Institution for transforming India is looking to create a vibrant work culture with the right blend of men and women so women do not face any issues or gender-based hurdles. They are currently working to promote women entrepreneurship and going through existing government offers and schemes to make this happen.

The platform is working to raise the number of women which would automatically create a more dynamic and diverse India. The Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) has connected with different groups and lobby’s including names like Nasscom, SIDBI, FICCI and CII among others. Facebook will give Facebook ad credits to 100 selected women, while ShopClues, has offered to mentor 12 women entrepreneurs annually. They have also partnered with the DICE accelerator, ‘Digital Leadership Institute’ which will train a thousand women without charging a penny.

The Mann Deshi Foundation is working with a female helpline that allows them to make a phone call to get information about digital literacy and any difficulties that they might be having.
